Welcome to Expansions Co. By using this website and/or purchasing coaching services, workshops, or digital products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Expansions Co. is the trading name of Expansions Coaching Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15521631). Our services include 1:1 coaching, group coaching, training and workshops, video production and editing, and digital resources.

2. Services

We provide coaching, training, video production, and editing services. Our coaching and training services are designed to support personal and professional development; coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice and should not be relied upon as such.

3. Payments

• All fees must be paid in advance or according to the agreed payment plan.

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer or Stripe.

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Coaching sessions: at least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.

• Workshops/events: cancellations less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

• Digital products: due to the nature of instant delivery, these are non-refundable.

• Video production: bookings require a deposit to secure your filming date. At least 14 days' notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Full terms for your specific booking will be set out in your service agreement.

5. Client Responsibility

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

• Coaching requires active participation. Results are not guaranteed.

• You will not hold us liable for outcomes resulting from coaching or training.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including coaching materials, digital products, and resources, is our intellectual property and must not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

Final video and course deliverables produced for a specific client are licensed for that client's use once payment has been received in full. We retain ownership of raw footage, templates, frameworks, and any other pre-existing intellectual property used in production, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this processing.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
